Anybody hosting Telegram bots on now.sh? How do you keep them running? Mine just goes to sleep if it's not being used.

Have you tried using IFTTT to call it once every X hours? Used to do that for heroku

@pugson vultr.com + dokku after the initial setup which is pretty small requires little to no maintenance and it's very cheap.
