finally get macos app auto-updates to work for 
#prose macos app, publishing new releases all automated from github actions with code signing in the cloud
get audio messages recording to work in #prose on safari since it does not support WebM/Opus encoding
made #prose a proper macos app with tauri, still iterating on adding unread counts to the dock et al
fix some google cloud fcm api timeout errors I have been seeing in 
#crisp logs since 5am this morning
