Put up a "Your ad / job listing here" banner, see how many sponsor you get and how much price they are willing to pay to appear on your website, thats the most realistic worth calculation I can come out 😅

I used to procrastinate a lot while working on side project at home, then I started going cafe and ordering drinks and work there, the feel of "I have to complete something because I have paid for the coffee" kinda works for me for killing procrastination.

Downside: I spent a lot of money on cafe coffee 💸

Write content that solve a problem others are facing, no matter how small the problem is, with actionable steps.
Then help out people who face the problem in reddit by replying to their thread / post, and put link to your blog if the answer is too long.

thats very good advice. im writing about my dating site which isn't so much "how to solve a problem" but for any other stuff this would work well

Helped to complete a javascript task (parse date etc) for a guy from r/forhire , $15 for 1 hour of work lol

Ghost, ability to emergency edit post on your phone when you dont have laptop with you lol

You can do the same with Jekyll, just update your GitHub repository and done!
