Run while listening to podcast. Cycle during the weekend. Play football twice a week. Try to meditate almost every day. Read a fiction before going to bed.

I use both - books and kindle. When I'm travelling I prefer Kindle and when I'm at home, a book.

Meditating and some form physical activity helps in feeling upbeat. When mind gets really anxious, getting out and going for a short walk helps.
