3 days since apple approved my paywall :)

shipped a hard paywall, got almost 60 free users now so i think it makes sense. apple approved. now time to distribute!!

submitted my app to apple that i built over a weekend. (theyve taken a week just to reject it btw)

day 4 of building in public till 1 million users. today i: fixed an annoying bug that kept signing out users. built a typewriter effect in chat. made a bunch more content. i cant believe i was sleeping on making content for this long... tiktok is literally a free resource to get users. time to craft my own style of content now and go all in.

today i made the app more agentic, redesigned some ux elements, made a bunch of content to market dolph AI. stats: 76 users, 8500 followers on tiktok, $0 mrr (purely focused on users for now)

day 2 of building in public to 1 million users went all-in on reddit marketing today. big lesson: don’t drop links in posts.. it'll get auto deleted. instead: find people already asking for what you’re building then DM them with value. pull, don’t push.
