I play board games pretty frequently with friends, mostly Eurogames.
Some favorites of mine:
- Ricochet Robots
- Bohnanza
- Codenames
- Incan Gold
- Takenoko
I played Bohnanza a lot when I was a kid and its super funny.
The other games I never played and they sound great, I will give them a try.
Have you played some games from Kickstarter like Exploding Kittens or Unstable Unicorns?
That video was really good; very insightful.
I think getting out of the house is a good idea! I usually tell myself right as I'm leaving the office that I'll work on something when I get home, but I no longer feel like it once I sink into my chair at home.
Sorry, I should have said "the time you should spend sleeping"
Not sure if the equivalent exists for Ruby, but in JS an easy way to do this would be a tool like Lerna. It symlinks packages together for development, and then you only build/bundle during the deploy process.
Exploding Kittens is a lot of fun. I'll have to try out some of their other games.
I like it too. I got Bears vs. Babys and You've got crabs ordered
