Definitely small-medium SaaS/consultancies based in the EU. You can't really "skip all of this regulatory nonsense" if you have customers asking for DPA's.

But yeah more of "brand trust" problem than a product problem type of business

Already use ploi.io for this. One thing I think could be a game changer was a UI on top of kamal where I can manage and monitor things without having all the credentials and code locally. Also this tool could help with setting up a CI/CD pipeline that works with kamal.

Hadn't heard of ploi thanks for the link. Like the UI idea - would you pay monthly for a tool like that?

Hmm maybe, but then it would have to be really good haha.

Yeah thats also what i gather from twitter, that people doing programmatic seo are experiencing a downtrend

I'm not doing programmatic SEO though... I'm doing the old vanilla, based on purely my content.

At this point Google just sucks, plain and simple. Again, I get more traffic from Baidu alone, or Yandex alone, or Bing alone.

And the quality of the traffic is okay, people coming through organic search from other avenues than Google spend a fair bit of time on the websites.

Hmm I am assuming that you already have pressed "Request index". Other than that there is not much to do other than wait for google to index it, sometimes it just takes time.

You could also try one of the "get indexed instantly" services but I wouldn't recommend it as they violate google's terms

Yeah, tried it. I've now gone down from 230 indexed pages to 144.

I figured it isn't much I can do at this point. Spread the content and eventually google will find it.

Funily enough, I actually receive more traffic from each of Baidu, Yandex and Bing than I receive from Google.

I think that shows how much trouble Google has. There is so much shitty spam they simply don't know what to index, and the users are starting to realise and leave.

Usually they list why in the "Therefore, the pages are not indexed" box in the "pages" menu. Can you provide af screenshot of that in GSC?

The reasons they list just don't apply. Sure. Will sort out a screenshot.

See added screenshot at the original post (only way I an add I screenshot)

Yeah that or just cold calling people over the phone

Calling people on the phone?!?!?! Like cavemen used to do? Crazy!

Competition is good haha means its a pain people have. I think I operate within a niche of a niche since I use the danish cvr. I really think I can make something unique like having data on number of retail stores for example. There is also a danish saas similar to leadlist but none have the technographic data 🤷

Finding a co-founder could be nice, but I also see this as a learning opportunity to get into sales stuff.

The law is explained here www.forbrugerombudsmanden.dk/…

Any electronic "message" (i.e. emails, linkedin dms, etc) that contain advertising and or mention of a company is considered spam if the recipient has not consented to receiving it. The is regardless of if the recipient is a company or person.

As leadlist is not a email sales tool I don't think it makes it less useful. Actually tools like it are more needed as Danish companies have to rely on inbound leads more because of the rules. So think of it more in the direction of a research/enrichment tool like Clearbit, but laser focused on Danish companies.

But yeah, maybe I should still try more outbound with a different strategy.

Wow, that's crazy restrictive!

I don't know how I would proceed to validate a business idea without cold outreach. Paid ads to a lead magnet to get consent?

Thank you so much for all these tips, I would definitely love if you had more tips/resources to share.

I will follow up on the 2 clients I have hear what the think and pitch the idea of a case study being written about their usage.

Basically what Leadlist does is both the discovery and part of the qualifying part. Basically you can make searches like "I want webshops selling outdoor clothing with 1-10 employees and they use WooCommerce for their webshop" thats how powerful it is, I think i really need someway to convey how good the segementation is 😅

Again thank you very much for your insights it's definitely very valuable.
