Oh, one more thing. This was probably the first product ever for me when I did not over-engineer the first version. Everything is as simple as possible, and as spaghetti as the electric wires in Bangkok. BUT. We literally got users on day one.
It's almost stupid that the product I spent the least time working on had the quickest reception.
Here's me talking about this, if you're interested: x.com/kirillzubovsky/status/1β¦
Oh that's neat. I would much rather trust an AI to moderate, than have a human and their biases. You can of course still be biased, but at least you'll be predictably biased 100% of the time. How's watchdog going ?
Are there any tools that you've built just because you wanted them to exist? If so, drop a link, maybe I need them as well!
All of my tools are like this, particularly #watchdog which I built to solve my own problem

Btw, to answer your question as to why go with the same domain:
1) I like it, it's meaningful to me
2) It already has a backlink on techrunch, plus about 700 other places.
It will take a while to resurrect domain rating, but I think it'd be easier than a cold start
Hi Ben, thank you so much for the congratulations and for taking the time to share your feedback! I really appreciate your perspective. Youβre absolutely right that clarity is key, and I hear you on the need for a more specific explanation of what Scoutzie 2.0 does and how it adds value. I also agree that using more visuals and concise language could make the message stronger. Weβll definitely take this into account as we refine our communication and approach. I wanted to launch early and iterate, instead of having all the perfect answers up front. It's comments like this that will help us to refine product. Thanks again for your thoughtful input!
This is interesting because this is one of those cases where now that I've looked at their website I know exactly how to re-create all the functionality that I need in five minutes for 60% of it and two hours for 90% of what I need.
I am assuming platforms will continue to exist, but it's become easier than ever to recreate. Knowing myself, I'll probably try to recreate quickly, and if that doesn't work, then end up going with their system. Thanks again!
I am just curious to know what members of WIP are thinking, how they are working, that kind of stuff. Personally I have zero need to follow a streak or to share my progress with others, so I am quite opposite in that way, but that's part of the interest. Maybe I want to understand what I don't understand.
Thanks, I know, we are still putting it all together, but I thought I might as well share. It'd be a few more days.
Thanks, appreciate it!
