So, we set up different prices in USD, Euro, JPY, and KRW.

I'm a big fan of Loom. I have an LTD plan for HippoVideo, but their service is sometimes unstable. Loom is simple and stable.

In my case, I'm using my own service to combine multiple loom videos and Calendly as a CTA.

I think transaction-based pricing will be the best for your service, like AirBnB. Charge some percentage to the host and charge some percentage to the guest.

I'm also using Plausible, one reason I choose it is because I'm using Elixir and Plausible, too. So, I can understand their codebase easily and also I like Elixir to get more popular. So, I personally want to help Elixir-based open source projects.

I think your product's positioning should be determined at first. If your positioning is clear to the users, your product(or organization) will be recognized as a brand.
