Rebrand site to `Compose Examples` (from Composables UI) because people were confusing the two sites and couldn't tell the difference

Create dedicated /signin page because /create-account is not really obvious you can use to enter & customer reached out #composeexamples
Migrate #composables from nextjs/vercel to a simple expressjs/VPS.
Took me less than 24 hours to do (was mostly mdx) and reused a lot of code from composeicons.com
