Assembling an cabinet from Ikea, dropped a piece of it on the parking lot, and it got dented a bit, my wife is a bit angry at me :) and rightly so
still can't believe that I have to make a reservation to make a haircut, when I was a kid, I just went to my barber and that was it lol
after a couple of weeks of cutting (dieting) my hunger levels drop significantly (but the first few are really hard)
adjusted my diet, and it's working, high protein and less food in general. Adjust things until something works for you
Protein fajitas, chicken breasts, cheese, onions, corn and some flavour ( non caloric)
