walked 5km š - time: 18,75 min - average speed: 5,76 km/h - remarks: Hard-to-get up morning with swollen face (nose, eyes) due to allergy. Dry throat and feeling sick though the allergy is ājustā an allergy not a cold. The walk itself felt good. Still, body is feeling week. Will research natural ways to handle allergy. #health
walked 5km š - time: 39,75 min - average speed: 7,55 km/h - remarks: The 2nd time in 9 weeks that I was faster than 40 minutes. Really nice, and it didnāt feel that fast when walking. Sun was out, sky was blue, very nice day, cold still mainly because of the wind. Quite a lot of people - many of them old - outside. In terms of thoughts no real clarity but after I had arrived back to the house I wrote the draft for blog post 10 and 11 about revenue numbers of my business - itās in my mind for a while to share them and today I wrote the article that reveals them. To be published soon. #health
walked 1.8km š - time: 16,5 min - average speed: 6,55 km/h - remarks: Little pinching in the right knee only; no wild or disorganized thoughts; walked with my sweater and scarf only, no jacket needed, around 10 degrees outside (nice and fresh); Scottish bulls are there again doing their thing - standing and moving their mouths and farting around; again a not so good speed performance, wanting to reach more than 7 km/h tomorrow and the days after #health
walked 1.8km š - time: 20 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - remarks: Didnāt feel like a super good day. No footbag outside because I edited a lot on the ep. 5 of stolenvoice tv. Still, at least I had an evening walk outside which I didnāt do yesterday š #health
walked 1.8km š - time: 16,5 min - average speed: 6,55 km/h - remarks: Again super slow in terms of average speed. Knees feeling fine cos I had bike training today already. Though Iām not walking to be fast I want to increase the speed to at least reach more than 7 km/h as average speed. #health
walked 1.8km š - time: 17 min - average speed: 6,35 km/h - remarks: Again slower today but thatās ok. Especially the right knee is causing trouble when contracted and the left knee when making sudden moves. Will try actions that are more mellow to the knee. #health
walked 5km š - time: 41,75 min - average speed: 7,19 km/h - remarks: sun is out, mild weather, feels like spring, greeted strangers (mostly elder people), only one older man I had seen before. Watched the Kidds run through the puddle, actually I saw quite a lot kids (āmini humansā), reminded me of my childhood, made me also think that I should write more (in fact: if my experiment of launch twelve 28-day startup fails, I will concentrate on writing stories and selling them as books - so thereās that. Also I defined my top 3 priorities: prio 1) the 5kchallenge, prio 2) building studiolist, prio 3) writing soycubano. Really wild thoughts but thatās fine. That walk no only serves my body but also my mind (my physically active way to meditate) #health
walked 1.8km š - time: 17,5 min - average speed: 6,17 km/h - remarks: Night walk after a not so super accomplished but ok day. #health
walked 1.8km š - time: 17,5 min - average speed: 6,17 km/h - remarks: No big thoughts, the walk felt rushy in my head but was slow in reality. #health
walked 5km š - time: 42,25 min - average speed: 7,10 km/h - remarks: like yesterday a very necessary walk out since I felt the roof was falling onto my head. Realized once more that walking for 30-60 minutes doesnāt only help physical health but gives me time to arrange your thoughts (and let come up whatās important right now). I could run instead of having a walk but then 5km would over sooner, and then I would have to run more than 5km to have enough time for thinking through and cleansing my head, but that would mean I would lose energy for the rest of my activities on the day. And the walking itself is not about performance (kilometers per minute/hour) but the consistency of doing it. So, all in all itās good to stick to 5km every day consistently and if Iām feeling I add some workout to it. #health
barefoot walked 1.8km š - time: 20 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - amount of footbag juggling: 93 (goal this year: 100) - remarks: A post-hacky-sack outdoor training walk with great Golden hour sun (not too warm, not too cold) #health
walked 1.8km š - time: 17 min - average speed: 6,35 km/h - remarks: No focus on speed since I felt physically tired from yesterdayās ālowā day. The right knee is causing trouble: when I contract it grinds inside. Not sure how bad it is. Iāll continue my rehab program but will apply more gentle intensity on the bike. If I see no improvement, will pay a visitor to doctor. #health
barefoot walked 1.8km š - time: 19,5 min - average speed: 5,54 km/h - remarks: Had an idea for a voice imitation learning series. For now just an idea, excited to see how Iām executing on it. Apart from that, sunny this morning, good temperature around 14 degrees centigrade in the shades and already barefoot-walking-friendly #health
walked 1.8km (well a bit more) š - time: 18,75 min - average speed: 5,76 km/h - remarks: No big thoughts at this dark evening walk. Time flew today and 5 hours I spent with only answering emails, messages and doing book-keeping. Crazy. Think this will change. #health
walked 1.8km š - time: 17,75 min - average speed: 6,08 km/h - remarks: Another night walk, need to make sure Iām getting out in daylight so Iām turning into a vampire or something :P #health
walked 5km š - time: 40,25 min - average speed: 7,45 km/h - remarks: Weird temperatures: not really super cold, but also not mild. Despite the real temperature the felt temperature irritates my body: On the one hand he wants to relax (and release tension) because itās kind of mild, on the other hand he wants contract and keep the warmth. Very irritating. Apart from that I thought about dressing up in my roles played for the weekdaykickoff - it would be fun and bringing fun to the people is one of implicit objectives in life. Also a good speed. #health
walked 5km š - time: 41,75 min - average speed: 7,19 km/h - remarks: took a little shortcut (few meters less), beside that lots of thoughts running through my head mostly because of starting with a new daily routine today (practicing my craft) which usually doesnāt work smoothly in the beginning but thatās ok #health
walked 5km š - time: 40,75 min - average speed: 7,36 km/h - remarks: Bombastically cold! I felt parts of my face actually freeze to numb. If I hadnāt moved my facial muscles it would have :P Knees both fine. Also, I realized that in the beginning of each fast walk Iāve been pumping to get my body on temperature. When warm enough I continue / maintain that rhythm until in middle (sometimes more towards to the end of the walk) I start to freeze because I lose tension in my body and concentration. Towards the end, I gain concentration again by pumping more and arrive with a pretty warmed up body back at the house. Also, in this midnight walk I realized how energy-draining fighting or dealing with the cold is. Iām feeling super hungry now. Also, during the walk I felt good and powerful, also because having walked though this 40 minutes of cold voluntarily is what I as a small and important win for the day :) #health
walked 5km š - time: 41,5 min - average speed: 7,24 km/h - remarks: Though tonight was colder than yesterday again it felt better to walk since the refreshment effect is much better. Iām fantasizing about a sunny place where the climate still allows refreshing temperatures. New Zealand winter (Mar-Aug 2009) was when I had that kind of mix of sun and fresh air - 14 degrees Celsius that felt like mid-20s. Awesome! Today was a good full working today of VO only - I started the day with voiceover and ended it. In between I did the āday jobā. Also my fake meat balls turned out fine twitter.com/Naii/status/96353ā¦ #health
