walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 18,5 min - average speed: 5,84 km/h - remarks: Gray, cloudy, slightly rainy morning. Feels a bit depressing but then I was thinking about vlogging since I actually reviewed a landing page that was purely about vlogging (vlogology.com). Vlogging has one nice aspect: It forces you to be(come) creative throughout the day so what you’ll be telling your final vlog episode is actually interesting in one way or the other. Instead of watching a series on Netflix you can produce your own little „drama“ series. Why not? #health

Still the chirping out of the dark trees make the whole difference and make the darkness less scary. Also having seen a rabbit running along the road is super fun. Their speed is incredible and the tail-swinging unique :P #health

walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 17,5 min - average speed: 6,17 km/h - remarks: deep-in-the-night walk with very dark sky and wood only the street lights and stars illuminated the path (bit scary and I observed myself feeling fear and walking faster than usual - the chirping birds kind of calmed me down anyway). Overall super fresh air whereas during the day it as super nicely warm. It’s close to perfect weather right now: At daytime 25-30 degrees with sun and blue sky and at night fresh temperatures (even cold-ish) so one can sleep very well, and it’s calm during the night - one advantage of living at the edge of a city close to nature. #health

It was good to have gotten up today and do the walk directly followed by priming. It’s right now the best to start the day because I feel in control of the day which always puts me in a better position. Also, I reconfirmed to myself that the point of me being in the voice/voiceover industry is reach a professional level that enables me to realize my own projects like the animation film I’ve been having in mind since summer 2013 in Rome and the pop song that I want to do with an exotic and fresh, young voice. #health
