walked 5km 🏃 - time: 41,5 min - average speed: 7,23 km/h - remarks: I was walking faster than yesterday (almost 1 minute), and it was because I was shifting from being tired when I started walking (I had just got up) to „I have an idea how to make my new voiceover business work“. So, when I returned to my room after the walk, I wrote, set up a sign-up form, published three new posts and 4,5 hours later I was done. That was one of the most intense 4,5 hours that I had not planned at all for the day — but this only happened because I was walking outside (I forced myself to walk although I was tired) and let my thoughts flow. So, I invested 4,5 hours into what was not planned and but it felt to be the right things. Today’s „/done“ tasks will reflect that. Also to be noted: When you have ideas you move/walk faster. Head needs body, body needs head. And one needs movement to stay mentally in flow #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 41,5 min - average speed: 7,23 km/h - remarks: scary… 3rd day in a row with the same 41,5 minutes of walking time, also scary (in a positive sense) is the obscurity due to the fog outside, perfect setting for B/C horror movie setting. Apart from that many thoughts about the pursue of my path as an actor/voiceover and the feeling that this is something I want to spend more time on. Feels good doing it and makes me feel good. #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 40,5 min - average speed: 7,41 km/h - remarks: sunny day - noticed: walking first thing in the morning clearly affects my mood (or in other words: I let the lack and presence of the sun influence my mood because I’m in control of it). However, having the sun outside while walking 5k clearly makes the the beginning of the day easier, especially because it’s an accomplishment in the morning after getting up felt more like a pain („getting out of warm bed with cold air in the room due to window open“ pain); Had the thought: The challenge is to keep up with the routine while not making it a boring experience. Had another thought: My life in exaggerated notions: Teens (10s) = the weird years, Twenties (20s) = the „drunk“ years though I started drinking with something around 22 (late), Thirties (30s) = the serious years. Though exaggerated it’s accurate. Over and out. #health
walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 17,75 min - average speed: 6,08 km/h - remarks: After yesterday having missed to walk outside, today/tonight I had another 1am night walk. Nicely fresh and calm outside. Very refreshing air. I’m on a rather inconsistent rhythm in terms of doing the walk. Next week I want to improve, starting Monday. #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 41,25 min - average speed: 7,27 km/h - remarks: 2nd time with that time (3rd fastest walk in total). Knee pain close to non-existent probably because of the cleaning job I had before. Had many thoughts crossing my mind - mind was uncalm „AF“ (as the youngsters say). Thought a lot about my decision to go all-in on voice-over and I like the commitment. Let’s see if I can meet my personal goal (entering the acting world through voiceover) with my economic goals (not be broke) *haha* #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 42,5 min - average speed: 7,06 km/h - remarks: Had two quick ideas that I noted down after the walk, the walk itself was fine. Knees felt smooth and my legs were still under the „used“ influence of my HIIT session on Tuesday (two days ago) *nice* #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 43 min - average speed: 6,98 km/h - remarks: little pinching pain in both knees, especially the left but beautiful sunny weather, blue sky and accordingly cold with frozen tierra and tears in the eyes due to the temperatures #health
walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 17,5 min - average speed: 6,17 km/h - remarks: Super cool moon and pretty cold because of the very clear sky, still enjoyable. #health
walked 1.8km (well a bit more) 🏃 - time: 18,75 min - average speed: 5,76 km/h - remarks: No big thoughts at this dark evening walk. Time flew today and 5 hours I spent with only answering emails, messages and doing book-keeping. Crazy. Think this will change. #health
walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 5,76 min - average speed: 18,75 km/h - remarks: Good evening walk with many thoughts like ending my regular life rhythm and changing it in 2019 - I made a promise (also to myself) that I’ll change that and come close the life and person I want to be - time of today’s includes bringing the garbage out. #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 41,75 min - average speed: 7,19 km/h - remarks: took a little shortcut (few meters less), beside that lots of thoughts running through my head mostly because of starting with a new daily routine today (practicing my craft) which usually doesn’t work smoothly in the beginning but that’s ok #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 43,25 min - average speed: 6,94 km/h - remarks: walked directly after I returned from cleaning job - so I was physically tired obviously #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 41 min - average speed: 7,32 km/h - remarks: sunny, partly blue sky, in winter dress it felt warm and sweaty. Overall a nice and relaxed mood at noon time here. Thoughts were about acting, meaning: When you’re acting, you’re not all of a sudden becoming that character. The camera or microphone only happens to be there when you perform those particular lines and scenes. The story of the character began before the recording and will continue when the recording has finished. That makes acting so challenging when learning but rewarding when „mastering“. #health
walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 17,5 min - average speed: 6,17 km/h - remarks: deep-in-the-night walk with very dark sky and wood only the street lights and stars illuminated the path (bit scary and I observed myself feeling fear and walking faster than usual - the chirping birds kind of calmed me down anyway). Overall super fresh air whereas during the day it as super nicely warm. It’s close to perfect weather right now: At daytime 25-30 degrees with sun and blue sky and at night fresh temperatures (even cold-ish) so one can sleep very well, and it’s calm during the night - one advantage of living at the edge of a city close to nature. #health

walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 17,75 min - average speed: 6,08 km/h - remarks: Another night walk, need to make sure I’m getting out in daylight so I’m turning into a vampire or something :P #health
walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 17,5 min - average speed: 6,17 km/h - remarks: Night walk after a not so super accomplished but ok day. #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 41,25 min - average speed: 7,27 km/h - remarks: I was remarkably faster than yesterday (in fact it was the 2nd fastest day after day 1 with 41 min). My assumption: Today I finished my day job duty early and I knew what I wanted to do until the evening, meaning: having a plan is a vehicle to get things going, even if the plan change. Lesson: Have a plan and be flexible enough to change ("kill your darlings") #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 41,75 min - average speed: 7,19 km/h - remarks: sun is out, mild weather, feels like spring, greeted strangers (mostly elder people), only one older man I had seen before. Watched the Kidds run through the puddle, actually I saw quite a lot kids („mini humans“), reminded me of my childhood, made me also think that I should write more (in fact: if my experiment of launch twelve 28-day startup fails, I will concentrate on writing stories and selling them as books - so there’s that. Also I defined my top 3 priorities: prio 1) the 5kchallenge, prio 2) building studiolist, prio 3) writing soycubano. Really wild thoughts but that’s fine. That walk no only serves my body but also my mind (my physically active way to meditate) #health
