I'm writing down why I started Mindfulmode so I don't forget. Often, when tools or services send a confirmation code or link to my email, I get distracted. Newsletters with catchy titles grab my attention and before I know it, I've spent too much time reading them. Then I have to try and remember that I was only meant to get a verification code to finish what I was doing.
