walked 5km š - time: 41,5 min - average speed: 7,24 km/h - remarks: knees both feeling fine; thought a lot about soccer and outdoor sports in general. Defined that soccer and hacky sack I would do as an OUTDOOR activity and voiceover and tech as an indoor activity because I remembered thanks to the meeting on Saturday with the formerly good friend of mine that this was what we did: Play soccer outside and be on the computer (programming or playing) inside. That was fulfilling so Iāll try to replicate that and transfer it from the 90s to 2018. #health

Apart from that many thoughts about the pursue of my path as an actor/voiceover and the feeling that this is something I want to spend more time on. Feels good doing it and makes me feel good. #health

Among others thought about how to implement identity research into my work routine and whether or not to reduce my mic time to Monday-Friday only since I have other things I want to work on as well besides my voiceover career. #health

Despite the real temperature the felt temperature irritates my body: On the one hand he wants to relax (and release tension) because itās kind of mild, on the other hand he wants contract and keep the warmth. Very irritating. Apart from that I thought about dressing up in my roles played for the weekdaykickoff - it would be fun and bringing fun to the people is one of implicit objectives in life. Iām fantasizing about a sunny place where the climate still allows refreshing temperatures. New Zealand winter (Mar-Aug 2009) was when I had that kind of mix of sun and fresh air - 14 degrees Celsius that felt like mid-20s. Awesome! Today was a good full working today of VO only - I started the day with voiceover and ended it. In between I did the āday jobā. walked 5km š - time: 41 min - average speed: 7,32 km/h - remarks: sunny, partly blue sky, in winter dress it felt warm and sweaty. Overall a nice and relaxed mood at noon time here. Thoughts were about acting, meaning: When youāre acting, youāre not all of a sudden becoming that character. The camera or microphone only happens to be there when you perform those particular lines and scenes. The story of the character began before the recording and will continue when the recording has finished. That makes acting so challenging when learning but rewarding when āmasteringā. #health

walked 5km š - time: 43,15 min - average speed: 6,95 km/h - remarks: Took it easy today - thatās why the time is sooo bad - because I heard my knee grinding/crunching which should be alerting. Itās snow outside, yep it really is. Weather really can have bad temper and good attitude or maybe itās just the interpretation of the weather (by people) that attribute good or bad (maybe). Like money is weather itself neutral. Weather doesnāt want to harm you or please. Itās just there or it isnāt - like money. Apart from that philosophic excursion I wrote a brain dump on why an actorās life is worth it and that vlogging (in public) is actually stage experience. #health
