start sabbatical 1/7 in 2020 in which I take intentional distance from daily obligations every 7th week (inspired by sabbatical.blog). I want to recharge, prevent burnout/workaholism, and work on other projects, travel, or just enjoy leisure time. For 7 days I live from day to day. My goal with taking sabbaticals is to work not more than 180 business days per year 180businessdays.blog. Also, Basecamp (the company) applies 6-week cycles basecamp.com/shapeup/0.3-chap….

started the 1st day of my small-scale sabbatical (1-week); will stick my morning routine because it's essential but will focus on only one project to progress on (studiolist) and the most essential client work. #health
