Add cancellation page with extensive instructions on how to cancel, because I've reached a large enough customer base now that too many people are emailing me with all kinds of weird scenarios like having signed up with multiple accounts and being unable to cancel their subscription because they are logged in to the wrong one, etc and I don't have time to manually look into it so I provide them with the instructions and tools to do it themselves #roomai
