stayed alive another day, ignored intrusive thoughts, and didn't self-harm [challenging mental health day but got through it]

make coffee, force myself out of bed, write my to-do list, and get to it (even though I have zero motivation)

observe my really unhealthy (ahem lazy, unproductive, actively harmful) patterns so I'm more consciously aware of them and can stop them before I sink into depression from unproductivity

Force myself out of my weird depressive slump, go to a cafe, drink 5 shots of espresso, actually start feeling human again

get headphones & omg I can FOCUS again for the first time in a month (seriously, my focus has been shit because I didn't have headphones)
