Would you pay $2 for a lofi radio Mac app?

I have now the site lofi.radio but thinking of making an Mac app for it.
But do you think people would pay $2 for it?

I don't personally see the value since I use Spotify, but put up a landing page and see if anyone buys it.

I also think you should price it higher. At $2 you're just going to get people testing stolen credit cards.

Best answer ever, yeah $9 maybe?

Yep, can start with $9 and see how it goes.

Personally no. I use Spotify and brain.fm.

Yeah they got million songs of lofi haha

I think it is very hard to explain why people would use it, but has to do something with simplicity and distraction.

There are alot out there, and most of them are free (soundcloud, spotify, youtube music).

Here's my jam:
coderadio.freecodecamp.org/
musicforprogramming.net/lates…

Yeah I got lofi.radio but a Mac widget would be more easy I guess

Maybe. For me, the ability to add and stream personal favorite lofi radios/videos could be an interesting addition.

I have my own lofi music collection, but you mean YouTube or Spotify integration?

No, as it's easy to have a tab open I use yt premium music or spotify w/ ad blockers and I have basic controls in my control panel

I occasionally listen to lofi.radio. Personally I'd perfer to use the browser instead of an app (I'm also on Linux so a mac app wouldn't work anyway).

Someone needs to bring Winamp back but integrate it with Youtube Music, Spotify and SoundCloud.

$2 isn't worth your time, even if you get a ton of people doing it. Deduct Stripe fixed fees + % and deduct the odd chargeback, some customer support, etc.

In theory, I'd buy the app if it makes my life easier. Until recently I was really annoyed that brain.fm didn't have an app. But now I've got their app (buggy as hell, need to restart every few days).
