Not really, currently work with pen n' paper (sketching), Sketch (for quick UI compositing) and Affinity Designer for logos and icons. I'm of the opinion that you should move to code as fast as possible (as designs are an intermediate form), so while I do like all these tools I'm afraid they lure you into a mode of designing too much.
