We’ve hit product-market fit with WBSO.ai 🎯
Over the past two months, ☒ and I have been focused full-time on selling WBSO.ai and it’s working. We’ve sold the product 25 times at an average price of €1,000 per sale, mostly through phone calls. 🤙
We run €30/day LinkedIn ads, which bring in 2 to 4 leads per day. We’re able to convert a solid portion of them, and when we briefly increased the ad budget, we saw both leads and sales increase proportionally.
Right now, the main bottleneck is on our side: we can’t process all the incoming requests fast enough, and a backlog is starting to form. We're actively working on solving this, while continuing to sell in the meantime.
But I'm really happy to say; we've hit product market fit.

Amazing to follow your journey on this project. Congrats on reaching product/market-fit!
Are there any learnings you'd take from this that others could benefit from? Any surprises along the way?
Thanks a lot! My biggest learning is that this time I really went all in on selling before building, we started building after 10k in sales. And we are still doing most things manually, which is also our biggest bottleneck right now.
Congrats!
Did you try any other ads besides LI? If yes, which and how are performing? If not, why?
We did not try other sources, we know (at least I'm pretty sure) that our competitors are paying big bucks for Google Search Ads. We haven't tried it but my guess is that those are more expensive. But we should try it (cc @paultondeur )
This is where our audience resides and where we have the chance to make it personal and explain our WHY in an authentic way. Plus we have a strong following of fans on LI, causing lots of organic interactions.
We have engagement rates of up to 25%. This is massive and with bottlenecks in handling all the signups, I don’t believe we should invest effort into experimenting with other platforms at the moment
We could/should experiment of course, but I don't expect the same results as Linkedin.
nice job man!
Thanks!!
Very cool! I am seeing your ads on linkedin 😃
Nice! En denk je dat jij de juiste doelgroep bent?
