US Based - Quickest way to get Ownership Agreement and NDA generated? I need to pay a designer and dev for some work.

I'm a U.S. dev that needs to hire a dev and designer for some work. I'd like to at least get an Ownership agreement and NDA to them. If an LLC is required for this - i'd love the quickest way for that as well but will prob use legal zoom. best

unless you are doing some patented work - I would not worry about. But an email chain will hold up in court in the US
