Intro
just wanted to introduce myself
Hey everyone my name is Travis, I'm a 20+ year full stack developer and have been a solopreneuer/freelancer for the better part of 10 of that.
A couple years ago I exited for 7 figures and took a break from software engineering to chase my dream of owning/operating a legal cannabis cultivation business. After years of just breaking even, I decided to shut it down, take the L and head back to my roots. So here I am. Starting over back at $0/MRR.
I kept the skills sharp by building and monitoring the facility environmental data and track & trace.(you'd be surprised how atrocious the software is in this space, but there aren't enough customers for anyone with skills to take a shot at it)
What are you working on these days?
I got back on the horse in June and have released 2 apps since then and working on a third. I have released https://sveltelaunch.io which is a very comprehensive boilerplate for building apps in Svelte 5.
I then started working on ideas with the boilerplate and released an App my wife asked for called "My Yogi". You can find it at https://yogi.my or on the app store. It is an app for yoga instructors to create, manage, and build Yoga Sequences with AI Assistance.
I'm now working on a project called "DataMachine" @ http://datamachine.so
It is getting very close to release probably a couple weeks left. It creates datasets and relational datasets using AI about any topic. Cleans Data, etc pretty much anything you'd ever want to do with data.
My goal is to continue releasing apps until I find traction then double down.

Keeping me honest with myself about the products I'm releasing and give me someone to talk to. It's lonely shipping solo.

Welcome, cool story! What was your exit out of interest?
Yogi looks cool, have you played around with downdogapp.com, I really like their programmatic lesson generator.
Crypto projects that I had worked on. I'd rather keep which specific projects personal though.
And no I hadn't, I like the UI for how it puts the classes together. However, My Yogi is more focused on managing Yoga Sequences for instructors. A place for them to keep their notes, cues, breath counts etc.
I don't actually do yoga, it was for my wife :)
