Pick your phone, record video (keep it precise), and directly upload! Don't worry about editing. Once you get the hang of it, that it's not really taking your efforts to do it, then add more spice.

Think about what you're going to say before you start saying it. Otherwise it often comes out rambly and hard to follow.

When you're unsure, shut up, don't go eeerrrrr. You can easily cut out the silences later. Editing out uuuhms and ahms is hard.

Wow - thanks Alex! I've had this idea for a vlog for quite a while now (circa 2016) but never got the courage to actually put something out there.
To be honest this vlog is one item on my resolutions list for 2018 and it's a way for me to get out of my comfort zone and share with the world my work, my ideas. Also I think it could be a great way to let other people know more about my apps and what I want to build this year - but only if this works and people will wanna follow my journey.
