How are you handling licenses with Lemon Squeezy when submitting apps to distributors like The App Hub?
I’m in the process of submitting my app to The App Squad and similar app distributors, and I’ve run into a limitation with Lemon Squeezy.
I use Lemon Squeezy to handle licenses in my app, which works well overall, but it does not allow generating licenses in bulk. Because of this, I can’t provide thousands of pre generated licenses when a distributor asks for them as part of their submission process.
For those of you using Lemon Squeezy, how are you dealing with this?
Is creating your own server the only way to handle licenses in this case?

What's "The App Hub"?
Fuck! I said 'The App Hub', haha! I meant to say TheAppSquad. It's basically a service where they help you sell your app on BundleHunt. They have asked me to either send them X licences that have already been generated, or provide them with an API endpoint that they can call every time a new customer makes a purchase.
I'm building something for pretty much this exact use case! It's called LicenseSeat (licenseseat.com) and it integrates with LemonSqueezy. You could provide TheAppSquad with the API endpoint they need to issue licenses for every purchase.
I built this for my own macOS app, I'm now getting it ready for others to use too, so I'd love to try to solve your problem if you're down! I can help you integrate / migrate and build anything needed to support your use case

Alberto, si yo fuese tu, no utilizaria Lemon Squeezy, estan cerrando mirate polar.sh porque son los que valen la pena y tambien son Mercahnt of Record.
El servicio al cliente es la ostia, mas que nada porque existe, no como en Lemon.
y si tambien vale para aplicaciones, yo lo utilizo para la mia notted.app.
Justo implementĂ© Lemon Squeezy y al poco me enterĂ© de que Polar tambiĂ©n tenĂa licencias. ÂżSabes si se pueden generar en bulk sin ningĂşn customer asociado? Gracias! :)
Pues creo que si,miralo aqui polar.sh/docs/features/benefi…, intenta salirte de Lemon, yo perdà más de 2000 euros... por culpa de los bugs del checkout
