I'm building Booklet because I'm tired of constant chatting.

I'm in so many Slack groups, and I find that they have never-ending conversations, it's hard to keep up with what's new, and it disrupts flow-state activities. So, I'm building something calmer.

I'm on a mission to bring back forums, where threading is the default. Booklet is somewhere in-between Google Groups, Slack, and Reddit.

I've benefited from being apart of startup communities in the past, but all of them seem to be attached to investment. I'm interested in keeping Booklet as a solo project, so I hope WIP can keep me accountable and real during the process of discovery and growth.

I love developing new (digital) products, with a focus on growth tactics. I stay up-to-date on what's trending and innovative by advising and investing in startups. My professional specialty is marketplace business models. Message me and I'm happy to chat or bounce around ideas.

My background is in software engineering and data, so happy to help there, too. 

I built, grew, raised VC for, and sold a remote work startup as a digital nomad before the pandemic. Recently, I moved to Chicago while my girlfriend is in school.

I love cities, and I plan trips around cafes and restaurants I want to visit. An area of personal interest is the economy's transition to the information age, and its societal consequences.
