It is impossible to get accepted to serious jobs if you don't have any history and reviews. So you have to start somewhere. And this is possible by getting crappy quick jobs for small money. People who place those listings don't look at profiles... They just want to get job done.

So basically preparing full fledge profile now is like preparing for something that will not come and in this case it is guaranteed.

So far I do like the experience. Got 4 jobs already.

But I'm serious! I just started to today and got 4 jobs already and my profile is some chatgpt generated crap.

Thanks, @cat! 🫶 I’ve decided to try out Upwork to see if Sean’s strategy really works. Essentially, I’ll be doing something akin to cold outreach by sending proposals to Upwork listings.

I have no problem showing up daily and being the first one there. In fact, I'm there right now. If you create something like the mock-up I provided, I'm sure it will gradually grow over time with minimal effort on your part. Later on, you could invest more work into it. I've read the Whereby documentation, and they have a function to pull information about the number of users.

That's really good suggestion! It could also be incorporated into emails for an extra nudge to join the coworking space.
