I argre with Marc here, You need to build a job borad with aduidience. Brecause if not, there's not a value to it. What's your Job borad about? Do some research.

Right now, I am creating a publication/newsletter for The Maker's World. It's a Weekly and Monthly Nessletter/Blog/publication on IndieMaker news, Maker news and Startup Related contnet such as Building, Growing and Making Startups.
