meditated 3 minutes - Day 1 of 10 from the Basics of Headspace.com #health - I first tried Calm.com but it didn't work in my browser (Safari/macOS), so instead of fighting it and wanting to make it work I let it go, stopped wasting time trying and moved on to Headspace which worked instantly in the browser and honestly looks also prettier thanks to their illustrative and motion graphics style.
