First day freelancing - resuming work from December on client

cancel an EXECUTED scope with a customer. We got aligned, I've sent them scope/quote and we signed everything. Now they want to pause work, keep the scope open but not do any work and actually start working on it one month later. This is not how I work. I'll re-quote them later, no issue.
