add new privacy settings including members_only so that you profile not visible to the entire internet, but visible to #nomads members (req'd by @debbiec)
fix old user from 6 years ago was locked in a private state because old privacy setting we don’t use anymore “trips_private” was still set, but now we use “privacy” #nomads
