add SQLite backup snapshot feature to #vps2backup because some backups fail because they are continously written to so we cannot checkpoint them to copy

make my own VPS backup app for B2 (and others in future), it backs up entire /etc (all configs), the site in /srv/http/{SITE}, all the SQLite DBs etc. with dynamic config so I can use it for other sites too #vps2backup
