Release new API in production for rules synchronization. We got a 2min downtime because Sequelize didn't create some indexes correctly, so all SQL queries from the API were failing #jomo

Create script so we can manually change a user's email address. Sometimes a user will enter the wrong one and then they are stuck in case they logout. This script will check email availability, validity, will save it in db and cache, and will allow the new email address on our email backend. #jomo
