launch operation anti scammers/spammers to protect #crisp helpdesk against a flood of shit content attacks. Maybe thinking we should pay-wall #crisp paid features to start free trial, it'll deflect scammers. Scam is increasing too fast for us to keep pace.

Deflect more scammers on #crisp, this time using our helpdesk system to host scams, duplicating the same helpdesk again and again between different primed #crisp accounts... Scam has became a HUGE hassle when you operate a freemium SaaS, esp. after COVID I suspect since boomers are easily scammable/uneducated about tech and are now using online services. Really considering we should paywall all new users so that I can be productive again
