Just as I was doing this earlier today : It would be awesome to filter / sort invites a bit more - I specifically try to find womxn, different backgrounds, and non AI projects to help diversify the space but it takes quite a bit of manual effort. Sorting them by date, being able to filter on some categories (I know that changes the intake form) would make it a bit easier. Maybe longer term as it continues to grow.

Extra : Maybe not the big focus on Twitter? I know it's huge for men (in general but also in the indie making space) and there's definitely an awesome group of women on there but many of us don't exist there (so even me trying to learn more about them, clicking the link doesn't work as you have to have an account these days - so other links would be more helpful for me personally, understanding I'm the minority in this for WIP probably). I know that's where most of the WIP crew probably comes from so might be a channel issue but just throwing it out there! Thank you so much!

I hear you on the applicants being a rather homogenous group. To some extent, that's the nature of a niche community (attracting similar people), but I agree it's both refreshing and valuable to see a variety of people working on different types of projects in their own ways.

1) Are there any specific alternatives to Twitter you recommend I could add support for?

The reason I like Twitter is that the way many people use it, it gives you a decent insight in what type of person they are and thus whether they'd be a good fit. Are there other platforms with a similar characteristic?

2) What type of search / filtering would be useful?

To be honest, I do wonder to what extent I want to invest in developing the applicant functionality. Because it seems barely used and most new members tend to come in via referrals instead. Which might be a more natural way to grow the community and vet new members anyway.

I'm thinking of ways to further incentivize this. Like allowing you to connect your social media profiles and inviting your existing contacts with a single click. But to your point, perhaps we should support more than just Twitter for this. So here too I'm curious what other platforms you think would be a good addition?

Thanks for your input as always!
