My waitlist was at 175 people when I started sending emails and a little over 200 when I launched

I believe you've already sent too many emails. In my opinion, it would have been better to limit it to just one or two. As a result, your open rates are likely to be significantly lower than they could have been. If you need to continue sending emails, I suggest sending one today and another 24 hours before the promotion ends.
