How do you market your affiliate program?

Question

I built a custom marketing portal to launch my product’s affiliate program, but I’m not sure how to promote it. Are there any go-to places or strategies for that? It’s my first time doing this, so I’m kind of YOLO-ing it. Any tips are welcome!

I’d start by recruiting a few partners directly. Who’s already reaching your ideal customers—niche bloggers, newsletter writers, or creators making tutorials about the problem your product solves?
Give them a clear commission structure, a demo account, and a couple of ideas for content their audience would find useful. Happy customers could be a good starting point too.
What’s the product, and who’s it for? That would help narrow down where to find potential affiliates.
