How do you find people willing to participate in your referral program?

Thinking of launching one for  , but honestly not sure if anyone would even touch it. Any suggestions on how to get people to participate in your referral program so they sell on your behalf?

Put it on your landing page, do SEO to get traffic to your landing page, and advertise a strong commission rate. At least 30% recurring commissions for a SaaS product.

Outreach, networking, push it on your website & email list. Offer dope incentives (get creative).

I will say, do not auto accept everyone. Coupon scraper site a** holes will join and then rank for {Brand_Name} Coupon and get a commission. This isn't a real referral as they were going to purchase anyways and basically margin stealing IMO lol.
