Working on finishing up my own NextJS boilerplate. I've learned you have to learn your own stack like a MF. Generic boiler plate doesn't work. Changing Auth libraries, db's, design systems will waste a ton of time. Whatever you build with the most stick with, avoid shiny object syndrome at all costs. Stick with what you know. Make it AI accessible via Chroma or dump into large context LLM and have it create a report, Example prompt: Based on our email campaign and flow data what useful insights can you provide: - What works - What doesn't work - Where can we improve - What are your key insights Do you have any ideas for new types of campaigns? Do you have any ideas for automated email flows? Is there any quick wins we may be missing? Be very detailed and reply with a clean and structured output.
