For the last decade I have been running Wittypen, a content and SEO company. It has been a fun and hard journey, but somewhere along the way it became obvious that software is changing.

So I am starting from scratch with  #zerply  (zerply.ai). The bet is simple: if AI answers are the new recommendation engine, brands need to understand how they show up there and how to shape that behaviour.
