I’m a product engineer and co-owner of a local barbershop, and I’ve spent a lot of time frustrated by how underserved SMBs are. Even the tools built for us rarely work the way they should... After talking with a friend who owns a high-end car detailing garage, I realized we had a lot of overlapping frustrations.

That led me to: start building #catch , an inbound SMS agent for businesses that need help handling customer conversations in a way that feels natural.

The core idea: be intentionally conversational, not a defined automation flow. 

The agent classifies customer intent, identifies the goal of the conversation, and helps move it toward a real business outcome. We’ve been using his business as the first pilot, and while it’s still early, the results have been strong enough that I decided to put up a landing page.
