Hi everyone, I'm Tzuki.

What are you working on these days?

I'm working on Find Web3 Jobs that is a job board for Crypto, NFTs and the Metaverse. We just added the tools page where you can find the top tools in the space.

What can the WIP community help you with right now?

It helps me a lot to know what other people are working on, how productive they are, and how much progress they are making. It gives me a good motivation as well as learning.

What can you help others with?

To be truly honest, I am not sure what I can do to help others at the moment. I am more on the side of learning from other people right now, but I am hoping to help others giving them feedback where I can.

Something else you want to share?

Hi everyone, I'm Tzuki. I'm new here, and really excited to be a part of the community. Thanks for inviting me to this community ☒!

Welcome!
@AndreyAzimov has a similar project interesting to see the field grow.

Thanks for this -I knew his website, but didn't know he was here! (I've just followed him!) His website is really really cool, and it's growing so fast so it'll be interesting to see what he is working on.

Hi Tzuki, welcome to WIP!

What's your biggest challenge right now? How can WIP help you?

Hi Marc, our biggest challenge is marketing and raising awareness of our site at the moment.

I see. Since it's a very crowded market, I recommend finding a unique spin you can give to the product that makes it stand out from the rest.

Ideally something others are unable or unwilling to do.

Looking at other sites in tangental markets, that aren't direct competitors, might give you some ideas.

(Disclosure: I'm a small shareholder in Andrey's Web3 Jobs so I can't give away any of his secret sauce 😅)

Thank you so much for your insight -I really appreciate it. I'll have a think about how we might do that.

Hey @Aki -- cool site!

RE: marketing/awareness; I'd recommend opening up a Discord Channel for FW3 and onboard users there, and create updates/content in there, similar to what you have in your newsletter. The channel could also serve alerts on new jobs posted, etc.

You can then use this discord channel as additional leverage to entice companies to list jobs on your site.

for additional content ideas, as soon as you have people successfully landing jobs thanks to your site -- send them a small questionnaire or email that you can use as an article/blog that has them talk a bit about (1) the job they landed, (2) the interview process, (3) what they're excited the most about their new jobs, (4) tips they'd have for other applicants, etc.

Thank you so much for your advice @alvivanco! I'll think about opening up a Discord channel. It's a great idea to send them a questionnaire and use it for a blog! Thanks:)
