After ~2 months of work, I managed to send the first batch of leads to the three users that did a pre-order (135$ MRR). During these 2 months I had to: • Structure all of the back end • Find all the data sources • Clean hundreds of thousands of records But it's finally done ✊ Moving forward I'll: • Focus 50% on Sales (eventually moving to 80%) after the points below are done • Automate processes so it doesn't rely on me; • Improve API usage so I can save on costs and make biz more sustainable as I scale Onwards!

First batch of leads delivered!

After ~2 months of work, I managed to send the first batch of leads to the three users that did a pre-order (135$ MRR).

During these 2 months I had to:
