I'm using PromoteKit for #watchdog with no issues on their free tier (3 referrals max)
I've also seen people using Reflio - free tier where they take a cut of your referrals. I'll likely move over there once I hit the 3 referral limit from PromoteKit. Heard mixed reviews about them however.
Both of them support auto payouts to affiliates afaik.
