I'm literally the PM giving developer bot specs, telling the tester bot to test, and giving tester bot's feedback to developer bot to fix. I don't think I want to stay in the middle of this, but I kinda do. First world
#openclaw problems
Is it just me, or is part of the fun of creating new OpenClaw Discord bots creating the avatars for the bots?

Love it when Claude gets snippy with me:
Me: If we use the last 8 characters of the User's uuid, will that be unique?
Claude: Last 8 hex chars of a UUID v4 — 4.2 billion combinations across what, maybe 50 users? Yeah, that's unique.
Send vibes -> Generate Spec and Test Spec -> Code subagent writes code -> Test subagent tests code and reports back issues -> Code subagent fixes -> repeat test/fix until it works

Building new apps, killing just started apps. When the new new idea is better that the old new idea.

Built a small app with a PRD generated by Gemini. I was chasing bugs all day. I rewrote the PRD and narrowed the focus. Let's see if the bots did better. #experiment
I'm sad about TypingMind. I was using it exclusively, but now that
#openclaw exists I haven't touched it.
Converted agent files to skills due to Claude's new focus on skills. #claude
One of the biggest issues with Stage Manager is: Which one of these projects is the one that I want to pull up. They all have RubyMine, Chrome, and terminal. I end up clicking through all 3 of them before finding the right one.
Today I made an app that makes an app who's sole purpose is to have an icon so you can see which Stage is the one you want. I called it Stage Hands! Big
#life improvement for me.
I've made a critically cool agent discovery. When you give it a list of things to do, it is best to tell it at the end what you want done with that list. I was putting "create a subagent to do ..." list of things.
It is better to say: "Fix this, and that, and the other thing. Create a subagent to do all the things above."
I've been searching for a way to incorporate beads into my claw. I now have a plan. Next up, testing.
