I think you have to present in your trademark register the assets that belong to the patent, brand, logo, website, etc.

The problem is that these guys reached out to AWS, AWS reached out to the job board SaaS and threatened to take the platform down

Thanks Paul, I have the same thinking like yours. The thing is that they are using a job board platform that also host it, Flexjobs not only threatened the job board but also the platform and all websites under the same IP. The platform is hosted on AWS, they received a formal claim by AWS. Now the platform gave the job board 1 week to migrate to other domain or they will shut it down. Crazy!

I haven't tried PearAI. Bolt, I think is a little bit like V0, but I may be wrong. Also, I think you cannot "take out" the code out from bolt.new

Bolt, afaik, is for js only, which is not ideal for me.
