drive to Portuguese driver institution IMT in Lisbon to pickup my driver license card but the extremely most angry grumpy government woman I've ever seen in my life says she won't give it to us because we didn't make an appointment on SIGA app eventhough the license card is LITERALLY behind the counter, so now it's been 3 months and I still don't have my license after passing exam 😂👌 (the license which I applied for directly after passing exam and then the driver license card would receive in 3 weeks, but the grumpy woman behind the desk last time said the house number is missing for my address on their system (so the driving school forget to enter my house number), so she could not ship my driving license card to home, so instead I had to pick it up at IMT, and she said it's my fault for not checking my address properly) #onlyinportugal
