go Portuguese driver institution IMT to apply for the driver license card which I would then receive in 3 weeks, but the grumpy woman behind the desk says the house number is missing for my address on their system (so the driving school forget to enter my house number), so she cannot ship my driving license card, instead I have to pick it up at IMT, but for that to happen it will take 1.5 months, and she said it's my fault for not checking my address properly #onlyinportugal
