Cleaned up code. Abstracted wallpaper and setting hooks. Removed tons of old legacy code.

Use dnd-kit to allow users to re-arrange todos. Now just need to add the "drop" functionality. Ignore the rendering issues on this video. That's compression. #cyberdeck
Add contextual menu and the ability to remove a todo. Going with AriaKit instead of Radix for that one. Still needs some finishing touches. #cyberdeck
